Rules to go by when choosing staff
1. Medical screening
-Ascertain applicants medical history related to foodborne illness and food poisoning/persistant diarrhea
-Complete medical questionnaire
-Interview by a doctor or nurse if necessary
-Do a stool/blood test if necessary
2.Personal appearance and attitude
Zipei : you may include that the staff should have short and clean nails no evidence of nail- bitting.
ReplyDeleteStaff should not wear excessive makeups or accessory/jewelleries. Staff should have clean shoes and resistant to slip.
yuan ling: points like staff should also be free from skin infection, neat and clean, and show willingness to learn about preventing contamination can be also addded

Erika: Should check if staff has record on dandruff.
ReplyDeleteYongchieh: You should elaborate more about this part, example if the staff have good personal hygiene-> Checking of the uniform,see if it's iron and clean, Checking of nails,Checking of hair,see if it's short and clean...etc
