Cleaning Schedule Sheet

This is an example of a cleaning schedule.

DAILY TASKS – Frequencies listed are minimum standards. Any item needing cleaning is cleaned on a clean as you go basis.

    Yanan: Have you thought about the ceiling or the walls? Specs of soil or dirt may get transferred there.

    Nurulhudah: Should have mentioned other basic means of cleaning. eg, floors, garbage bins, walls, food preparations areas, etc

    joel: cleaning of walls ans ceiling can be included in the post. as well as equipments n other machines used. but overall, it is a good effort! ;-)

    JuLih: How about adding the maintenance of the plates and bowls used. Coz keeping it on the shelves for a long time is sure to have collected dust and microorganisms.

    Yongchieh: Very nice cleaning schedule but more could be added for example clean the walls,fridge,equipments, customer tables and chair..etc
